Cold Rolled Products
Cold Rolling:
Cold Rolling is a process by which the sheet metal or strip stock is introduced between rollers and then compressed and squeezed. The amount of strain introduced determines the hardness and other material properties of the finished product.
Cold Rolling is undertaken to:
- Reduce the thickness
- improve the surface finish
- Improve the thickness tolerance
- To offer a range of "tempers"
- As a preparation for surface coating
Introduction of Cold Rolled Production Line:
Cold Rolled production line is running in the form of 4 convertible rollers in single frame work.
Thickness range:0.23mm-1.5mm
